1. ECB for real estate sector can we apply in approval route ?

2.ECb tenure for 36 months : - while booking f/w contract for currency flucation -bankr issue coverage only for 12 months - if we roll on same for 3 times ( to cover 36 months ) it is very costly - proposal loses it feasibility .

hi everyone, can anyone tell the procedure how to convert ipcc to direct entry. I already finished my itt and orientation. whether I should do itt and orientation again. now im pursing b.com final year, my final exams will be in march. so when should I register to undergo for articleship???

I completed my ipcc group one in may attempt and joined articles in august I completed The required procedure and sent to icai but till now I didn't receive my I'd card . Will this push my articles until I get my id card from institute .

I have a query regd. P.TAX that if the salary of an employee of January 2013 is held and paid after 3 months , is the P.TAX calculated on payable basis or payment basis? i mean that will the P.TAX be deducted in the month of January 2013, or at the time of releasing Hold salary ?

I am doing articleship under direct entry scheme (introduced by institute) in 1st year and 10 months of period completed now i m eligible for IPCC exam which i m going to appear in May 2014. so, I want leave for IPCC exam for 3 months but my principle is not allowing me leave. so sir, my query is that can i discontinue my articleship now i.e.by filing form 109 and further continue after appearing IPCC exam under some other principle.I m in trouble that what should i do and institute will create issue or not because there is a rule that we can take transfer only in 1st year.
