I am pursuing my articleship in a firm situated in allahabad.i am in my SECOND year of articleship.i want to take transfer outside allahabad.but the reasons specified in 56(1) do not match my reason of transfer.so my query is:-
currently I reside in an area which is 60 kms away from my principals office and my parents also stay there.but it does not involves transfer of my working parent.can I still get transfer in my second year of articleship from my current principal...???????

I have a question on Capital Gain Tax. Just to let you know that I have very limited knowledge on Taxation and hence require help.

Issue:
I had booked a flat in an under-construction property back in May 2009 at 3,300/- per sqft. I was promised possession in 2012, however, as many other builders did, mine failed to keep their promise. They however, have confirmed that the possession date is sometime in June 2014.

The current rate for the same flat is at 11,700/- per sqft. I want to sell this flat upon possession this year and invest the same money into another under construction project. Reason being - I am planning to get a bigger flat for my family.

Now, I want to know whether I would be impacted by any Tax and if yes, how much. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out on this please.

my mother expired recently, I have joint account in bank as a second name with her. In his bank account she leaves 21000 rupee, so can i withdraw from bank by self and what to show in my IT return for this 21000 cash.

know a days few customer are asking for the ca letter to represent in bank regarding that they are importing software from china and hongkong and the have received the copy of software through cloud cloning but the imported has to provide a c/a certificate with the performa invoice for proceeding the process of the remittance so can any one suggest me the best format of hat letter as the bank is not to much interesting in giving the format of same
