I want to pursue icwa course.i want to know about it. Is it a distance course, if done through postal mode in icmai website. Will I get exemotion from practical training if I am working as a head cashier in a govt bank, central bank of india. How long will this course take to complete after graduation I am doing distance in graduation bcom and I will be completing final sem in july. so when will I be eligible to apply. Is it necessary to leave my job to pursue the course, as I cant be leaving the job. And how many years it will take to complete the course

CAN ANYBODY FROM JALANDHAR TELL ME ABOUT INSTITUTES IN JALANDHAR FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING WHICH ARE RECOGNIZED BY THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA.

TDS need to deduct OR Not for Payment of Rs. 1,77,000 as Interest on Credit Purchases by A HUF Proprietorship Firm?

Supplier says, since it is Proprietorship Firm, there is no need to deduct TDS. But I doubt, Supplier want to take advantage of Ignorance of Buyer.

Will Buyer comes under fault if he does not deduct TDS and deposit to Department in such case?

questions - 1.if one pvt ltd company having rolling blinds business making a sales invoice which not stamped and signed is this valid?
2.if particular sales invoice no. missing in tally and sales register then for what types of situations company does this ?
3.duplicate invoice found in sales register with amount mismatch then what are the possibilities ?
plz share any idea about above activity...

Please inform me whether there is any rule or guidence or ban from ICAI on members not to issue certificates such as Turnover certificate, Net Worth Certificate etc ( other than statutory Audit Report) addressed to "Whom so ever it may concern". Please give me the authoritative reference of Circular/Notification etc. If it is mentioned in the professional ethics please let me know the reference.

Can it be possible with the same firm name, same date of incorporation and same Firm Registration Number...????
