Sir, I registered in GMCS -1 batch by NIRC (through online) which start on tomorrow but I can't attend to that batch due to some reason and also I can't change that batch due unavailability of upcoming batches. So,I want to ask with you that if i don't attend that batch then can i take upcoming batch and due to this Is my registration will be cancelled or not,so please help me sir by solving my query.

you can login to your gmcs registration account and shift the batch yourself. if future batch is not having an open seat, contact NIRC office for shifting to subsequent batches.
