the firm in which i am doing my articleship is paying me stipend for 5 months/66 months at a time and not on a monthly basis.

will it cause any problem when i pass my ca final and register for membership ??

plz help what to do??

We had worked jointly and made an individual firm named at A. Now as due to the family disputes we now want to get the possession of the same can we transfer the assets and liabilities of the individual firm to us with the consent of proprietor if yes how can the same be done as the Bank Limit is also taken on that name and the other new individual file is not having that amount of capital in it. Can we transfer the firm in our name if yes then please tell the way on to which the same can be done.

Actually I got dsc from my ca but now I have no clue where ca is. So I too don't know the company which issued dsc.

I would like to know how to proceed for dsc renewal.

Can a Principal terminate article's articleship without his consent?

Actually a student took registration under me as article assistant but after one week he stopped coming to office and started avoiding phone calls.

Now he is not traceable, so can I terminate his articleship on my own?

If yes then how ?

If I receive a cheque in which no parallel lines are drawn but the cheque is not 'Self' cheque (i.e a name is mentioned).My questions are :-
(a) Can cash withdrawal be possible with this cheque?
(b) can this cheque be drawn by person other than person named in the cheque?

what should i deduct the tds on event setup?
