17 June 2014 Dear Sir/Madam,

Happy Morning,

I am Mr.Shiva Prasad, want to take my pf from my employer but question is my employer is not doing any business. I resigned in the month of April-2014. Only in Mumbai it is running but it is idle and no repsonse.

I got information that if company closed down then I have to take letter from gazzete and submit the same to PF office then I'll get the PF.

So please help me out in this how to take my PF and what is procedure

I will thankful for the same.

17 June 2014 nothing like that dear... now pf cant b stopped by anyone... u can withdrew this even by online....... no need of any approval and all
