Hi friends... My friend completed IPCC group-1 in may 2012 & he entered Articles in 03-Dec-12. Till now IPCC group-2 not completed. so here doubt is if he has completed IPCC group-2 in may 2015, final attempt comes in nov2015. so, advanced ITT applicable or not.

Hi Experts,

I am planning to be an authorized Distributor and Marketer for all states in India for a product which is getting manufactured in Karnataka and I reside in Hyderabad, Telangana State.

So, manufacturer sends product to Hyderabad and from there I want to sell to retailers in different states of India. Do I need to get registered in every state and get CST and VAT?

Manufacturer including CST in the invoice. I came to know that I have to add VAT which is 14.5%. Now, I want to know is, whether VAT to be calculated on MRP or on my selling price to retailer? MRP is 76 INR.

Please do guide me with the information required.

for getting my cibil score online i have filled the form and made the payment of Rs.470 required for cibil report through my brothers credit card.it asked for authentication questions and i failed to provide accurate answers.so later i received a mail from cibil dept.asking me to submit KYC forms through a link provided by them.However i submitted them but still didnt get my report yet.
Is there any other way i can get the report??
Later for the second time i filled the form again and made payment through my credit card only.For both times i have tried payment got deducted but i didnt get my report...
I was fed up of waiting for a reply from the cibil dept..

Please someone suggest me what to do...

I want to start an on-line web based service providing start-up and I want to use my residential address as my firm / establishment address .
I do not have any shop or commercial premises to show as establishment address .

I applied for trade license but I was refused on following grounds :

1) I do not have shop or office premises ( I want to operate from residence ) . Trade license under shop & establishment act is only for shops or commercial premises .

2) I have not yet generated any business and raised any bills for services I want to provide

On the other hand ; for starting the business I need to operate payment gateway option for my start-up for which I need to have current account .

And for opening current account ; I need to have trade license which has been refused to me as I am using my residence as firm address .

Please advise .
