I am working as a partner in a CA Firm and want to join another CA a firm as an employee & received the salary from the Firm where i will join as an employee and no other compensation from any other firm.

Can I do so or there is any restriction for being a partner and employee in two different CA Firms ???

Exports done to Nepal are not eligible for calculation of Export Obligation . If we are receiving amount in FFE (USD) then we will take in to consideration or not. Please clarify me as early as possible

In EPCG license condition sheet department mentioned.
Authorisation holder shall submit statement of export with in three months from the expiry of block year duly certified by a Chartered Accountant and concerned Bank to the Regional Authority. He shall also submit yearly performance of export to the R.A. by 30th April of every year.

Please clarify me if we are not submit above statement then what are the consequences faced by the organization.

Hello, I am Shreya, I have completed my CA. and moving to New zealand. How can I get New zealand CA membership at earliest? what procedure I need to follow?.
I have searched about it.. and also communicating with NZICA customer service but I am not getting any clear picture. It seems really complicated.
