I unable cleared my CA exam for last 6 exam.what should do now. join industry or CA firm or move on to other course with job

is it possible to clear ca final both groups without leaves i.e only exam period leave in this NOV 2017 with job of 9 to 6.
or should i go with only group 1 , however i want to clear both groups simulteniously

My father expired last month and he is having 2 son i.e. me & my younger brother. I am working in mumbai and my father and my younger brother live in Kanpur. Me & my younger brother are having our HUFs and my father was also having HUF. I wanted to ask that can my younger brother become Karta of my father's HUF despite of having his own HUF. What are the documents to be submitted at the Income Tax & the bank where my father's HUF accounts were there.

I registered in ca in 2006 .later i was tranfered from foundation to cpt.
I have regiatered in ca final in 2012..i cleared group1 in final but left with secind group and i need to revalidate my registration in final as its been 5years.
But i got toh hear from institute people and few friends of mine that i need to appear in bith the groups of final as i was tranfered frik foundatuon to cpt..so for those students revalidatiin rule is different.

If anyone posses any knowledge about this..kindly share and guide.
Its really stressful and worrisome for me.

Our chartered accountant is expired, I went to CA institute they said CA family should intimate to institute along with their death certificate but here probelm is CA has divorce case and living with his brother but now he also went somewhere we don't know his contact details, without their family intimate to CA institue how I can take transfer please tel me a procedure
