11 June 2017 Dear Sir At present we are doing Manufacturing & Trading business in same premise same state.Please guide me is we required Separate GST registration for Manufacturing & Trading in same premise same state. Your early reply in this regard shall be highly obliged. Regards

11 June 2017 No a single registration is required for a single PAN. Quote Registration No of both while register under GST

11 June 2017 Sir I have already registered for GST as provisional ID provided by Central Excise ACES portal.But now Provisional ID also provided by VAT department also.Please guide me what i should to do.Go for second GST registration or Ignore

11 June 2017 Ignore it .Give your registration details to VAT deptt on query. If Tin No is not added in GST add as & when change option is available.

11 June 2017 If already added then no need to worry. Show it ur VAT deptt if asked for. You can also intimate him & asked to cancel VAT Prov ID.
