Hi all.
I bought two plots in Chennai in 2004 before coming back to India from Saudi Arabia on final settlement. I registered one plot in my daughter's name and the other in my son's name. After his marriage in 2006, my son got employment in Canada and now his entire family lives in Canada under Canadian Passports for the past 7 years. How could I sell the plot in my son's name since he doesn't have either Indian Passport or Aadhar Card.
Our house inherited from my father, only me and my wife living in it since I am the only heir for my parents, also needs to be bequeathed both to my son and daughter.
Would somebody kindly advise me how could I accomplish both the tasks mentioned above.

Sir I am a govt employe. My query is that.... Is it necessary to get rent agreement registered for claiming hra.. OR notorized agreement and rent receipts are enough..... Is there any law regarding this...... Please advise me sir..... In delhi most of the landlords are not ready for registered agreement..

If mother transfer the immovable property(Residential Flat) to his son, is any stamp duty or any other charges is payable?

What happens if a trader(Readymade garments) goes through composition scheme in following situations. 1. If he buys goods from unregistered dealer ? (RCM & gst rates) 2. If he buys service from unregistered? (RCM & gst rates) 3. How much return he has to file (gst only) 4. if he has to raise supplementary invoice than he has to mention gst rate? if yes then how much & format of invoice. in above case if he has to pay RCM then 1. time period for paying RCM 2. can he take credit of RCM?

My mother in-law is retired government employee. She have pan card with name PRABHA P NADAKARNI( before marriage) and Aadhar card with name Meera M Samant (after marriage). How should I link pan with Aadhar? She don't want to change pan card.

I'm currently under old scheme of final course do I need to do something regarding new scheme like Registration or something
