A COMPANY IS DOING ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT FOR AN ISO 9000 CO. AMC COMPANY EMPLOYS LESS THAN 10 PEOPLE HENCE BY LAW BOES NOT NEED TO REGISTER IN ESI / PF. THE ISO9000 COMPANY IS INSISTING FOR ESI NO FROM AMC COMPANY.
HOW TO GET NO OF ESI/PF THOUGH NO OF EMPLOYEES LESS THAN 10. IS THEIR PROVISION IN LAW FOR GETTING THIS REGISTRATION NO.
Should the C.A. Firms who have a turnover of Rs.25 lakh register under the MSMED 2006. Whether the Services provided by C.A. is recognised under the MSMED Act.
The Firm is 6 years old. Is there any disadvantage of getting registered.
