while i m joining a new principal after taking transfer what should be the balance period of articleship to be mentioned under the new principal if th previous employer has mentioned in form109-gross period for which worked under him =20 months and net period excluding the leave taken(4.5months)=15.5 months pls suggest me on this

It is a MNC co. having employees of 28 in nos. but the salaries of all the employess are more than 10k per month and few of them like substaff, receptionist 4 drawing below 10k is it necessary to get ESIC registration.
