I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Inida .I want to join CPA Australia and wants to complete the same from India. Can anybody guide me whether it is possible or not? If yes then pls tell me the procedure for registration

Someone who is the member of ICAI and has joined or completed CPA or the peson having knowlege in this matter can help me.

While Filing Form 23AC with ROC, I made a mistake in the attachments.... In the minutes , with respect to appointment of auditor for F.Y 2008 - 09, I filed it as F,Y 07-08... How can I Rectify the mistake.. Is there a possibility of re - submission ?

One of my friend he is an M'com & working with an transport Company and also havebeen registered for New CWA course.
as per new course students have to undergo for an articleship of 3 years, but they can get an exemption if they are working in industry. They just have to submit their experence certificate.

Can anybody guide him for this. Can any body give me the format of experence certificate.

Inspite of my good preparations in Indirect taxes I am getting marks not above 48 in IDT. I write all the new case laws and amendments but it is of no use. Can anybody advidce me.

I GOT 142 IN THE DEC 2008 EXAM OF DISA AT.

WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.
IS THERE ANY CHANCES IF I OPT FOR RECHECKING BECAUSE I SAW LOTS OF STUDENTS SECURING EXACT 150 MARKS.

This was my 2 nd attempt is there any ristriction on the no of attempts.

please help me out... & tell me what is the fees and proceedure....to whom it would be dedicated (DD)

I am from Delhi, I have done One year of my articleship from a CA firm in Delhi.I have taken termination from my firm in November and now I have registered with a new CA firm in Raipur.

1. Due to some reason I was not able send my Form 103, 102 to the ICAI office. As it has been more than a month since the form has been signed by my new CA principal of Raipur. What penalties would I have to pay for the delay?

2. This CA firm which is in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is registered from Kanpur whereas I am registered in Delhi as an article. Can I submit my form in Delhi ICAI office in Shahdra?

3. Is it possible that I remain registered from the CA firm in Raipur and do the secondment from Delhi?

Please reply all my above questions.
