Deferred Tax

Dear Sir,

I would like to know what deferred tax is all about.

I would also like to know how to calculate deferred tax manually and which software can be used to calculate deferred tax.

'c' form

Dear Experts,
pls. tell us what should be the 'c' form amount, whether basic sales amount or total invoice amount. Is there is any diff. law for punjab & uttar pradesh state bcz some of our parties from this state issuing us 'c' form on basic amount.

dear all,
i have completed article ship in 2000, but due to some problem i did not clear any group for c.a intermediate exam,that time i work with a reputed ltd. company so i most need c.a degree so please advice me ,can i start again c.a with out article ship training
