16 July 2009 I want to know that 5 days grace period (i.e. 15 + 5 )is allowed in provident fund act for deposition of contribution.

16 July 2009 As per PF act you need to deposit the contribution by 15th of the succeeding month and there is a 5 days grace period is available to you if you have deposited the cheque on or before 15th and the same should be cleared before 20th.
