Someone change his First name through court by Affidavit, and then want to change the same in his PAN Card, but Income Tax want the Reason for changed name certified by gazetted officer.

can any one help me on this topic?

or some good reason that Department will accept easily..

Under the common sense approach to dividend model, if the company is in its growth stage and R>K (return on investment > cost of equity), why the payout ratio should be 0%? If the company's return on investment is greater than cost of equity,why the company is not paying dividend to its shareholders?

Accounting of sale & purchase of share as investment

Dear sir i just want to know what entries should be made in Tally for accounting of shares as investment, and how to make entries for intra day P&L.

what expenses are allowed for such transactions, i.e. brokerage, stamp duty, turnover charges, STT.

Opening of a branch in other city by a C.A.

Hi,

Can anybody tell me the pre-requirement for opening a branch office in other city.

As I know, a member in practice can open a branch within 50 kms. of municipal limit and there is no requirement of brach being managed by a CA.

I am not clear about the municipal limits.

Can anybody help me out?
