i have completed inter earlier scheme before 2002
a) i am going to any practical training according to new scheme
b) my CC also completed so can i apply the new cc
C) if i have to change the new syllabus what would be applicable

a). yes you can go for practical tranning according to new scheme

b). you compleate CC according to old course(final), if yes, you should be compleate again CC as per new final course.
