I resigned from a company in sep 2009 and company has not deposited provident fund from last one year and now in this month company has deposited the whole provident fund. Now my query is that if i deposit my provident fund withdrawl form now can the pf department credit whole amount and how much time pf department has taken for updation of PF Annual Return and Monthly Return.

Query1: 1 residential bunglow is exempted if it's valuation is whatsoever?

And after graduation i.e.B.COM,I join PE-2 and i heard that PE-2 student who came from graduation are not allowed to convert into PCC is it Right?

I JOINED FOR ARTICLESHIP ON 19/12/2007. I TOOK 1 M LEAVE FOR ITT TRAINING, 3 MONTHS FOR EXAM. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHEN WILL BE MY FINAL ATTEMPT.
