Coversion of PE-2 in PCC

can any tell me can i convert into PCC and I am PE-2 student and i cleared 2nd group of PE-2.
And after graduation i.e.B.COM,I join PE-2 and i heard that PE-2 student who came from graduation are not allowed to convert into PCC is it Right?

07 February 2010 Students of Professional Education (Course- II) may please note the following:

* Students who have passed one of the Groups of Professional Education (Examination-II);
* Students who have appeared in Professional Education (Examination-II), but not passed any of the Groups; and
* Students who have registered for Professional Education (Course- II) and eligible to appear in Professional Education (Examination-II), but not yet appeared.

1. Register concurrently for Professional Competence Course (PCC) , Articled / Audit training and 100 Hours Information Technology Training.
Complete 100 hours Information Technology Training;
Appear in Professional Competence Examination (PCE) in November 2008 or thereafter, without the requirement of completion of minimum 18 months of practical training; or
2. Continue with Professional Education (Examination-II) till the last Professional Education (Examination - II) to be held in May 2009.

Fees to be paid:

Students of the Professional Education (Course-II) who have not exhausted 5 consecutive attempts can switch over to Professional Competence Course (PCC) by making a maximum payment of Rs.3650. (refer fee structure under Overview)

Those students who have exhausted all the attempts will have to register afresh by paying full registration fees for PCC cum Articleship cum ITT, i.e., Rs.7.500/- applicable at present. But if the student has already been registered for articleship and / or ITT (earlier CCT), the student would not be required to register afresh for the same.

Students, who are registered, provisionally or otherwise, for Professional Education (Course-II), but ineligible to appear in Professional Education (Examination-II) may please note the following:

Such students are advised to submit and clear 3 answer papers from different subjects for issue of Eligibility Certificate to the concerned decentralized regional office. The cut-off date for submission of answer papers is 1st July, 2008 and 1st January, 2009 for appearing in Professional Education (Examination â€“ II) to be held in November, 2008 and May, 2009 respectively.

Transition Scheme for Professional Education (Course-II) students who have joined the course on the basis of their degree examination

The last Professional Education (Examination â€“ II) will be held in May, 2009.

As per second proviso to Regulation 28C of Chartered Accountants (Amendment) Regulatons, 2006 a candidate who was exempted from passing Professional Education (Examination â€“ I) under proviso to sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25B and is registered as a candidate for Professional Education (Course â€“ II) shall be admitted, after discontinuance of the Professional Education (Examination â€“ II), to the said examination, subject to his being otherwise eligible to appear in the Professional Education (Examination â€“ II).

Ineligible students of Professional Education (Course - II), who have not been issued Eligibility Certificate, may please note the following:
