another question is i received bank sale amount from HDFC after deduction bank commission
so which entry i need to pass for this
example HDFC (bank sale)is 1000
i got Rs.980.00 from bank
which entry i need is JV or what

ours is Retail cloth show room
what is entry for sale (when we sold it for cash,thru credit card,and for credit sale)and what is thier under groups when sale entry are posting,
i think entry is
cash a/c Dr
HDFC Dr
credit sale Dr
TO sale
But when i am posting this entry at debit colum only it is taking eight cash or hdfc
both are it is not taking why
total cash sale 45000(total sale 100000)
bank is 55000
cash dr 45000(its taking)
hdfc dr 55000 (its on taking)
To sale 100000
why it is not taking HDFC
is it not take 2 current assets at a time
at this time can i temperarly change cash or HDFC under group as sale

If a employee left the Co.on 30th June. From April 2010 to June 10 the company has deducted PF from his salary but not paid it to department. Now employee is requesting that to submit Form 19 & 10C to department upto March 10. He does not wants PF for April to June.Now can the employer submit the employee PF form to dept by assuming only PF deducted upto March??????

Kindly help me its urgent:-
If the basic pay of an employee in reduced during the year . for example basic in the month of June was RS 8000, now from July 2010 is reduced to Rs 7500/-
so the contribution to EPF will reduced .
so reduction towards PF contribuion will have any statutory obligation

Can a PPF a/c of an HUF which matured on 31-03-2010 be continued (not extended) without making any further deposit, just to earn the tax free interest on the balance amount.

I have a PPF a/c in the name of my HUF which matured on 31-03-2010. I hear the ppf a/c's of HUF are not to be extented for a further period of 5 years as per government circular. However on application, my bank has extended my account. Can I be denied interest on the balance amount by the bank later on giving the reason that the account was extended by mistake. What should I do ?

There is an partnership firm which properly registered under Indian Partnership Act 1932. What's the procedure for registering the change of address in the Register of Partnership Firm ?. Can I submit the change of address in Letter to the registrar? If anybody Know the current procedure kindly answer me..
