Accounting software

Is there any ready made accounting software for a medium sized (Turnover 1500 Cr) construction company having decentralised accounting sysytem with 15-20 projects all over the country ?

Please suggest.

Ipcc nov 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken up the reg. of IPCC May 2011, for some reason I could not give much attention towards my studies and now I'm thinking of giving Ipcc in Nov 2012 . So I want to know whether the syllabus is the same or there are some difference ?? If yes which books should I buy from the institute??? and please reply to me soon because I want to start my studies with a great plan and that to with all the available latest amendments.

Capital gain on sale of residential property

A flat purchased during April 1997 for Rs.3,01,000/- and have sold during Dec. 2012 for Rs.10,50,000/-. Kindly clarify on the following points:

amount of Capital gains
whether it could be deposited to avail tax exemption. If so, where it is to be deposited and what should be the duration of investment
Is there any prescribed time limit
