Intercompany transaction

A is holding company and B,C,D Company are subsidiary. suppose 10000 consultancy fees is paid by B. Of which 2000 pertains to C and 3000 Pertains to D.

could you please let me the Journal entries and how it would reflect in B's Balancesheet

dear sir
kindly help in this regard,i want prepare financial statements.in the year ending we want to do reconciliation,in that we have some pending checks,like payment,and recepits they are not cleared may it will be clear after 2 or 3 days . in the balance sheet which balance i want to take the 31 march balance or reconcile balance,please clarify

New incorporate comapany

Dear sir

if any body incorporate new company name xyz(india) pvt. ltd. so i want know how much should be minimum authorised capital.

kyoki agar koi india ya world use karta hai in between new company so kitni honi chahiye authorised capital.
