sir/madam I am a student of ipcc Group 2.. recently I Have received students journal january 2014 issue..on page 15-16 of the journal there is a note regarding NON APPLICABILITY OF INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARDS FOR MAY,2014 exams...it has also quoted that MCA has hosted on its website 35 indian AS without announcing their applicability date...in our course their are 9 AS I want to make sure that they are non applicable for may 2014 exam...Please reply thanks

why CA students are job oriented? we are known to be doctor's of business so why don't we commence new business as we got enough knowledge of most of the aspect?

Hello friends, my dobut is differed tax liability is liability for the company or not? example; depreciation as per co. act 20000 depreciation as per it act 50000 difference is 30,000 in my point of view, compamy shows lesser depreciation and higher profit.hence cimpany will pay higher tax now when compared to income tax act.So it is asset or libility? vise-a-versa to differed tax asset? please clarify

a company sold 200,5% debenture on 31st march n got suppose rs.25 interest. in this case why does the seller get interest on debenture from buyer.why would buyer pay interest. interest date is 30th june n 31st dec...plz do explain ...
