Sales return

SALES DONE IN 2nd FEBRUARY AND IT RETURNED IN MAY BUT CREDIT NOTE RAISED ON 31st MARCH.
SO PLEASE SIR LET ME SUGGEST WHETHER IT IS VALID TO RAISE CREDIT NOTE IN MARCH AND GOODS RETURNED IN MAY????

Hello sir, is there any age limit to complete CA..Do the companies also look at the age factor to recruit a CA..is it of great importance..?people who complete CA at their age of 30 get good salary..with very good marks in their exams..possibly a rank..?
