Services have been delivered but invoice has not been sent, can I recognise it as my revenue or revenue recognition is based on invoice sent.

YES IT IS INCOME OF PERIOD IN WHICH SERVICE WERE SERVED,

if its probable that there is no risk in ultimate collection of revenue then only as per as 9 recognise revenue.
