It experts please suggest

Hi Professionals, I left the job from India and withdrawal my PF and superannuation. It is deposited with interest to my bank account in the same current financial year. Now I am shifted to Singapore, but not NRI for current financial year as I shifted on 20th Oct 2015, i.e. spend 202 days in INDIA. is there will be tax applicable for PF and Superannuation amount? Also my employer registered me with Singapore Government as a tax payer... So for current financial year is it necessary to declare my Singapore Income in IT return?
