Short and excess ledger -for rounding

create short and excess ledger -under indirect expenses but while making rounding of sales ,
it do not appear in ledger but while making journal entry of purchase and expenses it appear , how to make rounding of sales

at the time of making payment for any service after tds deduction like consultancy charges and my system is not having any ledger for such party then how to show such entry in system without creating party ledger.?????

Partnership deed

Hello Sir,

Please give me explanation on this
There are three partners in Firm out of that two partners are retiring on the same date. Can the single partner can continue the firm as continuing partner or not. What is the reconstitution of deed format for this case.

Income from Emitra and online services

Hi, Sir I am doing txn on E mitra and online service like recharge, form filling, etc. so please guide how maintain the account. transaction like exam fees paid on behalf of student we earn 0 on that we just take form filling charges 50 to 100 than thia whole trasanction are financial or what. after year end which ITR need to file with which amount. please help.
