I want to know the rate of depreciation con LCD monitor & television as companies and income tax act as well as under WD method of depreciation as per comapnies act depcreciation is calculated on gross block or net block

Our Company is taking Laptop/Desktops & workstations on lease from IBM for 3 years. The Lease rent covers the entire cost of these assets. But at the end of the lease period i.e. after 3 years we are going to return these machines to IBM. Thus we are not intending to buy these machines. The lease payment will be made based on the PV. So can anyone tell me whether this is going to be capital lease or operating lease under AS-19

some one plz tell me that if any one purchase furniture (fixed asset ) then on that the vat is to be 12.5% then wt is the accounting treatment in tally for such of these purchase and can i take input credit from the department ...plz tell me......

a company is going to redeem it's pre. share capital after distributing the dividend.
there is some share on which some calls are in arears.....in this case,on what amount of share capital will com. distribute the dividends?????

Dear Experts,

A Mutual Fund Scheme which is based on Daily Dividends, The Daily Dividends will automatically get Re-invested. In this scenerio, if we recognise the dividends as Income and add back to Investments, the Investments are not being valued at cost even if they are long term in nature. Please assist me on this. Thanks in advance.
