Nbfc loan company

if a private limited company with rs 10 lakh is started and all the money is given as loan. so will that be called a loan company and nbfc provisions will apply or its just a private limited company

Prior period exp----urgent query

Dear Experts

One of our client is failed to pay and booked the expenses/Provision of their Water and sewrage bill for last two financial years.

Bill is as under:

01.12.12 to 31.05.13= 9605/- Rs.
Includes previous balance of Rs. 7605/- for previous two F.Years

Please suggest whether 7605/- should be shown as "Prior Period Expenses" or not??

sir i am a private medical practitioner. annual turnover about 30 laces(including dispensing medicines ).i want to know ;
1.should i maintain account books for clinic?
if yes what types of ac books should i maintain.?
2. somebody told me that accounts maintain is not necessary up to 1 crore turnover.
please clarify.

Interest on late payment of tds

interest paid for the late payment of TDS, and interest is paid on 31/05/2013, whether it is shown in account as Provision for interest on TDS is Payable.
