23 August 2013 Amount paid for investment in Company IPO but shares are not alloted till 31st March. Then in Books of account how to represent this amount ?

23 August 2013 However in books of account it will shows that amount given to company where we would like to invest,,once shares allotted this amount will be transfered to investment account

in financials it can be shown as "other non current assets"
