Ratio in case of conversion of partnership firm into cos
My client is converted from parternship firm to company as on 15th april 2007 and its partner capital was converted into share capital of the company.
For the purpose of calculating average working capital turnover ratio,as on 31st march 2008,should i take WC of partnership firm as on 2007.

Transfer of Equity shares
Hi all,
My family has 6 demat accounts and all accounts have certain shares,which we held as investments. We have another demat account in the name of our HUF. So can we transfer all the shares of 6 demat accounts to our HUF account? If yes, what will be the transfer price in the books of accounts and cost of the shares in the book of HUF?
We are planning to trade in eqities in the name of HUF. What will be tax impact?

Sir, I am unable to understand the way cross currency rates is calculated:
For E.g.,
Mumbai Market- Rs./$ Rs.34.05 - Rs.34.15
London Market- $/Pound $1.7250 - $1.7260
Italian Lira/Pound Lira 3.9575 - 3.9590
A customer has to buy Lira from Bank, hence what will be the relavant rate of Rs./ Lira?
