Can anyone provide me (With Format File) Criteria for calculating Incentives for Service & Sales Team?. Thanks in advance for kind support.

Based on Businness they brought to the company....for Example Chit fund business if an agent brings 5 people and each one subscribed for 100000 Rs chit. then you can say 1% on Total Chit value to that agent.....This is for increase their business with less cost. Normally Sales team are belongs to that area when they joined in your company and they can handle the people easily n which wil b benificial to u....
