Dear Sir\Madam,
As per the VAT Act , there is no tax liability on branch stock transfer with in & out side state. Under GST Act there what kind of tax rate is applicable & is applicable to within state transfer also..

As per GST, if the branch is situated in another state, it will be considered as sale and GST will be applicable. However, transfer to branch which is situated within the state will be subject to GST

Stock transfer or branch transfer outside state is subject to IGST.
CGST & SGST Payable on stock transfer within state only if different registration.
