As per the VAT Act , there is no tax liability on branch stock transfer with in & out side state. Under GST Act there what kind of tax rate is applicable & is applicable to within state transfer also..

04 February 2017 As per GST, if the branch is situated in another state, it will be considered as sale and GST will be applicable. However, transfer to branch which is situated within the state will be subject to GST
