Hi every one.
I have a general query.
One Indian domestic private limited company registered in Madhya Pradesh wants to open a branch in Gurgaon.What is the procedure to be followed in this case.
Is there any form to be filed in MCA21.
Any other way to form the branch.

No form need to be filled with MCA and also no need to inform MCA.
You have to comply with Vat and local licencing requirements local authorities.
