bonus act applicable in 2nd accounting year?

02 February 2011 hi is it necessary for a limited co. to give bonus to its employees according to bonus Act?

even if the co. is in its 2nd accounting year?

Pls do confirm, i hv read sumwhere its only after 5 years. is it so? pls clarify.

i m not able to understand from the act.
