hi is it necessary for a limited co. to give bonus to its employees according to bonus Act?
even if the co. is in its 2nd accounting year?
Pls do confirm, i hv read sumwhere its only after 5 years. is it so? pls clarify.
i m not able to understand from the act.

Bonus is applicable since 1st year. Only payment is made after completion of Financial year.
