Can "Incentive paid in cash" included in Salary for Bonus purpose under Payment of Bonus act 1965 ?

If it is in lieu for Bonus then yes it should be. though i am not very sure

no. as per definition of salary as per payment of bonus Act, salary does not include bonus including incentives, production and attendance bonus.
