Assessee is Clearing & Forwarding agent and liable for service tax. But his client is not ready to pay for service tax portion. So what assessee needs to do while preparing invoice and how should he pay service tax?

then watever amount is recived as his fees cal the servcie tax in it only. for eg if he recives 112 rs then servcie tax portion is 112 x 12.36/112.36
