14 March 2016 Hii All Can anybody answer me what are the amendmends in Belated return in 2016-17 budget and when it will be applicable onwards?

14 March 2016 Belated return can be revised with in one year form the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of the assessment , whichever is earlier.
Applicable from assessment year 2017-18.

14 March 2016 Original return can be filed within completion assesment year only as per new amendmends?? is it true? Earlier we could file original return up to the year after completion of assesment year.
