2.non resident senior citizen

29 June 2010 As per Section 4 basis of charge for applicability of slabs relevant Finance Act is considered.

When we check the Finance Act it gives three slabs Resident woman, Resident Senior Citizen and other than Resident woman and Senior Citizen. Due to this all the non residend whether male, female or senior citizen fall under 3 category and hence slab of male is apply to them.
