Hi...
whether we can take GST Credit on the bank Charges which bank has waived off. Bank is Charging GST Amount from Me and Waving off the Charges. Let say Bank Charges Rs.1000/- and GST is Rs.180/-, bank is debiting only GST Amount (180/-) and Not charging Rs.1000/-.So, Can we claim ITC of Rs.180/-.
