B&p income double count as per intimation 143(1)

15 May 2014 I have filed my client itr 4 as his income under b&p is Rs.250000/- but i received intimation under section 143(1) they counted as Rs.500000/- (double)...
as i have write income as per bnp in section 44ad & in item 51d of part A-P&L..

So what should i do now...???
