19 February 2010 Is it necessary that the authorised share capital should in multiples of 5 or 10s ....

Or that it can be any odd figure???

Please give the ref. also

19 February 2010 There is no legal restriction, to the best of my knowledge. But it would be preferable to have even figure as face value of shares. if you want odd figures you can go for stocks.Please note that share includes stock also as per the Act.
