Incase if the name of the Pvt.Ltd.company contains word"International" in between, what would be the minimum authorised capital.

05 May 2015 Sir Thanks a lot. But earlier it was Rs.50 lakhs if the word "Intenational" is used in between the company name and 1 crore if the company name is beginning with word "International". So please let me know if this is changed as per new companies act and also if some material available on same. Thanks in advance.

06 May 2015 Yes , there was such a restriction in Companies(Name availability) Rules,2011 read along with Companies Act,1956. Now, companies had to be incorporated as per Companies Act,2013 read along with Companies (Incorporation) Rules,2014 which does not contain restriction to minimum authorised capital other than Rs. 1 lac.
