12 February 2015 Can anybody pls provide me Board meeting resolution for confirmation of Auditors' remuneration POST his re-appointment in AGM.

12 February 2015 " RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 139 and other applicable
provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014, M/s. BCW & Co., Chartered accountants (FRN.003456S)
appointed as Statutory Auditors, by the members of the Company in the annual general meeting held on September 30, 2014 and further ratified in the annual general meeting held on September 30,2015 ,to audit the accounts of the
Company for the financial year 2015-16, be paid a remuneration of ` Rs.2 lac(Rupees two lac only) per annum plus applicable service tax and out of
pocket expenses that may be incurred by the said auditors".
