If I want to remove an Auditor before the time frame of 5 years which is prescribed by Act.What would be the procedure.Please clarify

1. Convene a board meeting.
2. Apply to central government in Form ADT-2. Fees should accompany as per Companies(Registration offices & fees) Rules,2014.
3. Convene general meeting with in 60 days of receipt of approval of the CG for passing the special resolution.
