24 January 2015 The retiring auditor expressed his unwillingness to be reappointed in the AGM and a new auditor has been appointed in his place. What are the documents to be filed by retiring auditor and the company? Whether ADT - 1 is sufficient?

24 January 2015 1. Retiring auditor need not file any documents to MCA.

2. Company has to e-file ADT-1 with the following mandatory attachments:-

*Copy of letter sent to new auditor seeking his/their consent.
* Copy of consent & Eligibility certificate obtained from new auditor.
* Certified copy of the resolution appointing new auditor.
