Re. Filing of I.T. Form 3CB-CD
1. Has anyone filed above Tax Audit forms. When log in as CA-Filing Forms-Filing 3CB-CD, Not able to see where to upload Filled in Form 3CB-Cd, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss tec.
2. Also DSC register link is not available
Pl. share if someone has filed the above

Step 1 : First login to taxpayers account – https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login
Step 2 : Navigate to E-File > Income Tax Forms > File Income Tax Forms > Search for 3CB & 3CD and Click on File Now.
Step 3 : Select the AY and Assign CA & attachments i.e P&L ,BS etc .., click on Continue , a successful addition of CA for form filing (3CB &3CD) will pop up.
Step 4 : Secondly login toTax Professional(CA) account https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login
Step 5 : Navigate to Pending Actions > Worklist > For your action > upload the prefilled JSON file of 3CB & 3CD through incometax offline utility and Click on File Now using the DSC ,here it shows for DSC token pin change after that filing will be on process.
Step 6 : Thirdly login to taxpayers account – https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/login
Step 7 : Navigate to Pending Actions > Worklist > For your action > Accept and Click on File Now using the DSC ,here it shows for DSC token pin change .
Finally the form will be filed by CA but assigning forms to CA& Acceptance of the forms will be the work of Taxpayer .
Login to your individual PAN login and register your DSC.

1. Thanks a lot Dear CA Seetharaman for helping in details process of filing of Tax Audit Forms.
2. Now we need help as to how to assign UDIN to above forms . We have tried to assign the same at the time of filing the Forms but not able to permit by the site to do so.
