IF CO NOT COVERED UNDER CARO THEN WHAT WILL BE THE FORMAT?

2nd para--We conducted our audit in accor....
3rd para-- As covered by the exception referred to in clause 2(iv) of the CARO,2003 issued by the Central government of India in terms of sub-section 4A of section 227 of the Companies Act,1956, statement on the matters specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said order are not applicable to the company.
