i wanna know the auditor report format in case company not covered under CARO
IF CO NOT COVERED UNDER CARO THEN WHAT WILL BE THE FORMAT?

1st para--We have audited the attached....
2nd para--We conducted our audit in accor....
3rd para-- As covered by the exception referred to in clause 2(iv) of the CARO,2003 issued by the Central government of India in terms of sub-section 4A of section 227 of the Companies Act,1956, statement on the matters specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the said order are not applicable to the company.
4th para-- Further, we report that:-
i) we have obtained....
ii) In our opinion, proper books....
iii) the b/s dealt with-----
iv) In our opinion the b/s and p&l......
v) On the basis of.....274(1)(g)....
vi) In our opinion.....
a) in the case of b/s....
b) in the case of p &l....
