pls can some help me with audit program for network capacity review in telecommunication.kindly help me out

You have not spelt out the scope of the audit the appointment letter will give this info.and what is to be focused upon. To assess the network capacity:
1 Pl go through the license issued to the operator by the appointing authority;
2 Marketing policy and network of the entity;
3 U may require the help of techniocal experts (non CAs) to assist u with lot of tecnical data on the capability of the network operated by the entity,
4 Internal controls and internal checks being followed use of test/dummy transactions will help to check the claims of the entity;
5 Billing and collection procedure with particular attn to leakage of revenue billed and not billed items special exemptions given to certain customers;
6 Any other matter that will crop up while on the job
